Program Notes
Music Becomes Me was written in 2010 for Ellen Ritchey, Instructor of Music Therapy; Angela Jones-Reus, Associate Professor of Flute; John Lynch, Professor of Music and Director of Bands; and the University of Georgia Wind Ensemble. The premiere took place on April 14, 2011 at the University of Georgia under the direction of John Lynch with Ms. Ritchey and Ms. Jones-Reus as soloists.
