Zephyr (Jazz Band Gr. 1)

From a by-chance discussion with my friend, Nick Mulder, searching for a simple bossa for his students to play, the gentle breeze of Zephyr was born. Months later, Rosie, the young pianist in Nick’s band said it was her favorite piece! Sometimes, though rarely, pieces like this just pop out and make everyone happy. "Zephyr" is easy to listen to, nice to play. And just a little bit groovy. "Zephyr" is dedicated to Nick Mulder, music educator, big band composer and elite trombonist, but more importantly a good friend.
