Sunrise Dreams (String Orchestra Gr. 2.5)

Sunrise Dreams is a work meant to depict the beauty and peace that one can experience during a majestic sunrise. In particular, the inspiration for this piece comes from sitting on the beach early in the morning and watching the sunrise. One can hear the crash of waves, wild grasses in the wind, and the multitude of beautiful animal life beginning their day. A sunrise is a miracle where dreams and ambitions are discovered that can set someone’s life on a new path of hope, grace, peace, and tranquility. Yesterday matters no more as the sunrise reminds us that this day is new, our slate is clean, and anything is possible when we close our eyes and dream.
