Songs for the End of Time was written in December of 2021 as a series of short pieces for vibraphone. Some of the titles come from popular songs about the end of the world which inspired the title of the complete composition.

Program Notes
Songs for the End of Time was written in December of 2021 as a series of short pieces for vibraphone. Some of the titles come from popular songs about the end of the world which inspired the title of the complete composition. The third piece, To Esther Ann, is dedicated to my mother who committed suicide on February 12 of 2021 after a long battle with Parkinson’s Disease.
