In the Middle Ages, knights were sworn to a code of chivalry bound by a religious, moral and social code. Through this they were charged to protect the weak and defenseless, to fight for the welfare of all, to never turn their back on a foe, and to persevere to the end in any enterprise begun. Musically depicting the essence of bravery as the solitary knight gallops across the landscape to the aid of the defenseless, The Lone Knight unsheathes their sword and clashes with the foe in a thrilling battle of good versus evil.
