Aria, originally written for solo organ (published by Zimbel Press), was arranged by Emma Lou Diemer for string orchestra in 2003 (published by C. Alan Publications). The lush, warm sounds of the organ and string orchestra translated seamlessly into a beautifully lyrical work for marimba quartet.
