The IGNITE Series for the Developing Percussion Ensemble
This unique series was designed specifically for young percussionists as they experience the magic of playing in a percussion ensemble. Each piece provides the director and students with great flexibility – from the number of players to the tempo to the instrumentation.
Light a fire under your students today!
We have had one rehearsal with "On the Spectrum" and already, students are involved in independent counting, being responsible to the group (especially on the two bar repeats). The song is exciting and can be transformed depending on your choice of instrument colors. We are sticking with drums for our first percussion ensemble selection of the year. Students "like" the song. Unknown on Sep 22nd 2015
