Program Notes
There are 3 ‘composing’ pieces in this suite, and they take their titles from the three endangered species selected by middle school students of Florida:
Turtles of the Sea (inspired by the 5 sea turtles that lay their eggs on the beaches of Florida), Florida Panther, Schaus’ Swallowtail Butterfly.
With each piece, the level of complexity and technical difficulty increases. (Show Scope and Sequence)
