Returns Policy

  1. No returns for dealers on daily orders, stock ordrs, or textbooks.
  2. Defective materials will be replaced if C. Alan Publications is notified via telephone (336-272-3920) or email ( within 15 days of receipt. The defective item will be replaced at publisher cost. No credit or other payment will be extended to customer as a result of defective item. "Defective: is defined as a print error or other defect resulting from publisher error.
  3. Return authorization of defective material is required. Be prepared to provide a photo of defective item.
  4. Affixing any object, label (adhesive or otherwise) to published product cover or inside parts or score voids any return priviliege.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
